baqegoo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. Required Elements of a Valid Notice
Your notice must include all of the following:

4. Statement of good faith belief. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
5. Statement of accuracy. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Physical or electronic signature. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Notices submitted by email are accepted and may be processed more quickly. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line of any email submission.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially all of the following:
Required Elements of a Counter-Notification
1. Identification of removed material. A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
2. Statement under penalty of perjury. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
3. Your contact information. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where you reside, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
4. Physical or electronic signature. Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide a copy to the person who submitted the original notice. We may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it no sooner than ten (10) business days and no later than fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the original notifying party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, baqegoo has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. baqegoo may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Modification of Content
baqegoo reserves the right to modify, remove, or disable access to any content that is alleged to infringe the copyright of any person under applicable law, without prior notice, and without liability to you. baqegoo has no obligation to restore content that has been removed.
Disclaimer of Liability
baqegoo does not and cannot review all content posted to or through its platform by users, and baqegoo is not responsible for any content posted by users. By transmitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, you acknowledge that you understand the legal consequences of making false representations and that submitting false or fraudulent information may result in civil and criminal liability.
We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification of claimed infringement or counter-notification in violation of applicable law, including court costs and attorneys' fees.
Changes to This Policy
baqegoo reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
